Composition: 57% polypropylene Prolene with antibacterial silver ion treatment, 43% merino wool.
Our merino knee-high socks combine the natural warmth of merino wool with the advanced performance of Prolen® Siltex, an innovative Slovak functional fiber. Thanks to silver ions, they naturally inhibit bacterial growth, reduce unpleasant odors, and keep your feet fresh all day long.
The mulesing-free merino wool is soft, exceptionally warm, and sourced from ethically raised sheep.
Manufactured in Slovakia by Chemosvit Fibrochem since 1970, Prolen® is up to 40% lighter than cotton, provides excellent thermal insulation, efficiently wicks moisture away from the skin, retains its color, and is 100% recyclable.
The material is certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Class 1, and the antibacterial performance of Prolen® Siltex has been independently verified according to AATCC 100:2019 and ASTM E2149-13a standards.
